We are providing services for you as an agent and will act as your purchasing agent to arrange the purchase of a vehicle by you from a supplier. The prices we quote for our services are made up of the price of the vehicle (which is subject to the manufacturers and suppliers price increases and fluctuations in exchange rates) delivery from the supplier to our offices, pre-delivery inspection and UK first registration. Delivery cost which include our cost incurred in making and carrying out arrangements on your behalf vary with each order, but any variation in the cost of delivery will not be reflected in the price paid by you. We will on request show you information relating to change in the price arising from any variation in the prices of the manufacturer or of the supplier of from the fluctuations in exchange rates. You will have the benefit of any reduction in the manufacturers and suppliers prices and favourable changes in exchange rates (see also condition 9).

All quotations for vehicles are subject to availability and delivery dates are approximate. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by outside circumstances beyond our control.

We have already issued you with a quote for a vehicle. You may accept the quote by completing, signing and returning the Personal Order Form overleaf to us. The return of the signed Personal Order Form will be confirmation of your agreement to the vehicle specification and confirmation that you would like us to place an order for that vehicle. The deposit as referred to in condition 4 below must accompany the signed order form.
We require a sterling deposit of ten percent to twenty percent of the total purchase price of the vehicle although this may be more or less depending upon the make of the vehicle and its specification. Any variation of the deposit required will be stated on the quote. Payment of the deposit must be made available (seven days clearance for cheques) before we can place the order.
You are advised to consider the specified make and model corresponding in all material respects to the vehicle specification.

Following receipt of the Personal Order Form and cleared funds and provided you have not exercised your right to cancel referred to in the Personal Order Form we will immediately place an order for a vehicle with a supplier and confirm to you once the supplier has acknowledged the order and also give you an anticipated delivery date. The actual delivery date will be determined at the date of completion of the build of the vehicle by the manufacturer.
Manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications, prices and delivery times without notice. Where the supplier advises us of any proposed changes we will notify you immediately.
The order when placed with the supplier becomes a contract between you and the supplier. We will pay your deposit on your behalf to the supplier. Any cancellation by you of such order will make you liable to the supplier who will usually be entitled to forfeit your deposit and may be entitled to claim damages from you. We will, in the event of cancellation of your order by you, seek to find another purchaser for the vehicle and accordingly return your deposit. If we have to cancel an order and are unable to obtain a vehicle for you then any amount you have paid to us will be returned to you.

A deposit is required to place your order.
The price set out in the Personal Order Form may be subject to alteration (e.g. because of manufacturers decreases or increases or fluctuations in the rate of currency exchanges). We shall give you notice of the full and actual price to be paid by you as soon as we have received the invoice for the cost of the vehicle from the supplier.
We shall deliver your vehicle, or arrange for you to collect your vehicle from us, on receipt of the balance of the purchase price in cleared funds or bankers draft in sterling. This is so that we are able to pay the supplier for the vehicle and make delivery arrangements.
All monies throughout the entire process are in pounds sterling and can be made by cheque, bankers draft or by bank transfer direct to us or to our supplying dealer. (By prior arrangement)
Once your vehicle is ready for collection, we will contact you for the remaining balance, payable to Auto-Rola LTD 5-7 days prior to collection or direct to our supplying dealer. (By prior arrangement)

Upon collection of the vehicle we will inspect the vehicle with reasonable skill. If upon delivery to you, you discover, within a reasonable time, a latent defect on the vehicle, which could not have reasonably been discovered by us on inspection, then we will seek to resolve this matter, on your behalf, with your local authorised dealer. Due to local laws it may not be possible for us to reject the vehicle on your behalf. We accept no liability for any such latent defects but do accept liability for any defects not disclosed to you, which could reasonably have been discovered, in our inspection of the vehicle on your behalf.
Delivery of the vehicle you have ordered will be made to our office or such other location as agreed. If you require delivery at a location other than our office a delivery charge may be made, details of which will be given to you before you place your order.

As part of our service to you, we will, subject to you providing us with such information and documentation as we may require, arrange Registration, Licence Plates and Road Tax.
If there should be any change in the rates of duties, including VAT, registration fees, vehicle excise duties or other applicable taxes after the date we receive the Personal Order Form from you, you will be charged for the actual amount applicable.

Prices quoted include VAT and paid to Auto-Rola LTD together with the remaining balance.
All paperwork required by the DVLA and Customs & Excise are completed by Auto-Rola LTD
All new vehicles come with 12 months Road Fund Licence and registration plates all of which are included in the price quoted.

All new vehicles come with Manufactures Warranty, which is valid at any main dealership in UK and the rest of Europe. English manuals are also supplied as well as service book.

It is intended that these terms and conditions together with Personal Order Form constitute a contract between Auto-Rola Ltd and you. You are asked to read the Personal Order Form and these conditions carefully to ensure that it includes everything you would like it to and nothing with which you do not agree. You should ask us to clarify anything, which you do not understand. If you require any changes please make sure you ask for these to be put in writing. In this way we can avoid any problems surrounding what we and you are expected to do.
Any notice given may be served personally or be left at the residence or place of business of the person whom it is addressed, or may be posted, in which case notice shall be deemed to have been received in due course of post.
If any of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or part the validity of the remainder of the provisions shall to the maximum extent permissible remain unaffected.
